OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person per program is due from the Client to Make Shift Happen Retreats – a division of Sarasota Rapid Resolution Therapy. If the booking is made 60 days or less prior to departure, full payment is due at the time of booking. Any cancellation made between: February 1st, 2019 and March 1st, 2019 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between: March 2nd, 2019 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full). Purchasing your travel insurance at the time of booking may ensure that your funds for cancellation purposes are reimbursed. Be sure your travel insurance has cancellation protection included in the policy. You can use our suggested Allied or Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.

The non-refundable deposit should be sent to SRRT. Should the Client cancel their booking after March 2, 2019 for any reason, the deposit amount as defined, will be held by SRRT. These deposits expire two years from the date they were submitted, and may be used towards any SRRT service or retreat that begins within this time frame by the Client who originally made the cancelled booking. The deposit has no cash value and is transferable.

    What’s Included:

    • Your own private room.
    • 2 – 2 hour Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) sessions with one of the top rated RRT practitioners in the U.S.
    • 2 one-hour coaching sessions after the retreat so you can continue even more transformation after getting back home.
    • 2 – 1 hour sessions with a powerful integrative body workerthat will release anything stuck or blocked within the body. You will go to our private “treehouse” spa suites as you enjoy your session next to the soothing sounds of the flowing river.
    • 1 – 90 min. session of Chinese Medicine where an experienced holistic practitioner will tailor a session specifically to your needs of acupuncture, cupping, Rolfing, and chiropractic. Set in the private “treehouse” spa suites where you will enjoy your session outside next to the river.
    • 5 days of morning yoga, where we will do a slow gentle flow under the rainforest canopy and next to the soothing river to start each day.
    • 1 Day of Equine Therapy where we will join the horses, and begin creating a personal connection to these magnificent beings. The horses will lead you deeper into your true self and help illuminate your path. Spending the day with horses will lead to a great awareness and connection to your intuitive knowing.
    • Interactive curative food workshop. We will learn to use the power of foods to shift our biochemistry and transform emotions. Taught by our local holistic health practitioner. Expect this to not be your average dinner but an more of experience together.
    • It’s important to give back to the communities and environments that we visit, so there will be a service day at the local wildlife rescue to do restoration project and taking care of the sloths and monkeys who can not be released back into the wild. We cannot handle the animals, but yes, we will be up close with sloths!
    • Visit to Manuel Antonio, Costa Rican National Park, with a short exploration hike through the Rainforest to swim and soak up rays at one of the top beaches in the world.
    • Evenings will end with Yoga Nidra, mediations or other activity to wind down the days events.
    • Plenty of personal time to recharge, enjoy one of the hotels several pools, or walk along the river that flows through the hotel.
    • The last night we will hike to the top of a mountain over looking the beach just before sunset for our farewell evening.
    • End the last evening dancing the night away to a local Costa Rican band who will at our retreat site.
    • Transportation to and from San Jose Airport (SJO) airport
    • A free gift bag of goodies to use while in Costa Rica.

    What’s Not Included:

    • Your roundtrip airfare from home.
    • One dinner and one lunch is not included.
    • Other non-included items such as souvenir shopping, personal phones calls, extra services, taxis, laundry, and activities outside of the agenda.
